The ultimate system for wellbeing
Tai Chi is based on ancient integral wisdom, a complete system designed for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. More than just a series of movements, Tai Chi is a process offering total transformation of your life experience.
Based in Chinese tradition and originating from Martial Arts, its primary principles integrate slow movement, deep breathing, mindfulness and philosophy for total self-development. For the body it is exercise; for the mind, a study in concentration, willpower and visualisation; and for the soul, it is a system of spiritual meditation.
Working long hours, surrounded by technology and living busy lives, it’s easy to lose our way. Integral Tai chi is an ancient formula for helping reorientate our lives, so that we can live more in harmony with nature.
Taoist philosophy teaches us that humans are primarily energetic beings, and the goal of Tai Chi is to help us cultivate this life force within us so it can flow smoothly and powerfully through the body. The practice of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong can slow down the ageing process, help develop awareness, improve energy and co-ordination, and cultivate inner joy.
In ancient tradition they call it the ‘Supreme Ultimate’ system for living.
Integral Tai Chi is a path to living a peaceful, healthy and long life. Using its system of movement, meditation and philosophy one can transform the quality of the different areas of life. It is the ultimate system for living.
