Integral coaching is system that incorporates many different coaching approaches and philosophies into one integral system. Coaches generally will focus on one or two systems while ignoring others. The integral approach allows you to take a 360 holistic approach to the challenges you face.
Integral theory is based on the pioneering work of Ken Wilber. He spent many years building a universal system that integrated the different strands of philosophy and wisdom, into one harmonious approach.
It uses a variety of different techniques, ideas and approaches to transform your experience. When we use Integral Coaching the result is the capacity to see more, experience more, and feel more — all in service of what matters most to you.
