A practical, down-to-earth process, Family Constellations training is a deep exploration into the hidden forces and dynamics which shape your life, and which can show up in all areas from career, relationships, family, and health. We all have blind spots, and it’s these that can keep us stuck or blocked. Family Constellations training allows us to see and understand the root causes of the challenges we face.
In Family Constellations work, it’s essential to understand the wider family dynamics that you come from, in order to understand you as a person. Just like in any other system, Family Constellations brings awareness to the unspoken laws that operate within the family, and it’s these that drive the behaviours that we are mostly unaware of. Suffering and difficulties arise when our archaic unconscious laws are violated.
The Family Constellations training experience can either happen in a group, or by using symbols and items to represent different people. Hidden unconscious dynamics are brought into awareness through role playing of the different characters in your life, to create a living map of your life and family dynamic that can be explored and understood. Amazingly, the people representing the different people in your life magically connect with the emotions, thoughts and experiences of the characters they represent.

Training Class
Family Constellations training classes are generalised classes designed to teach Family constellations skills. The training class are mostly for larger groups, run by our expert Family Constellations therapist.
